A lot of new customers do not know well the cosmetics regulation. actually, in some countries they are cosmetics regulations are a little bit different. Sometimes the regulation also can affect the makeup product price.

The USA cosmetics regulation for eyeshadow is very strict. But in EU area not that type of strict. FDA forbids use some raw powder materials，but use in EU or other countries are no problem.

The raw powder materials price range is wide around 10 – 3,000USD per kg.
So if you choose those very bright red and purple colors and also the products sell in the USA then we need to use those very expensive raw materials （$3,000 per kg) for complying with FDA cosmetics regulation. But if you are selling in EU or other areas then we can use other raw materials to replace those very expensive raw powder materials.
