Simple explanation produce the cosmetics procedure

Not like other product, and make cosmetics is complicated. that need different material suppliers cooperation.

When customers place orders to us.

We need to talk with different suppliers to produce the materials,
like the tube/container supplier,
the raw makeup material supplier.
the label supplier,
the color box supplier,
the outer carton supplier,

When we receive all of these materials then our factory arranges people to produce.

1.first, the warehouse labors prepare the raw makeup material based on the cosmetics formula and quanity,
2. the other workshop labors take these raw materials in the workshop to produce based on the cosmetics formula.
3. after finish then another workshop labors put the material in the machine to fill.
4. after finish filling then another workshop people take the goods to pack
